At Astro & Sol, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality jewelry. However, we understand that sometimes issues may arise; we have established the following return policy to ensure complete satisfaction with your purchase.
- Eligibility for Returns :
– Returns will only be accepted within 7 days of the delivery date.
– To be eligible for a return, the item must have been delivered damaged.
– If you are for any reason not satisfied with your purchase as well please reach out to discuss options.
- Exceptions and Limitations :
-We do not accept returns for items damaged due to improper use, negligence, or normal wear and tear. (Please see how to care section for the best way to take care of your jewelry so that it lasts in good condition)
